Nicole (Nikki) Smith, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

I'm Nicole Smith, a board-certified family nurse practitioner, community health advocate, and Kansas City native. I founded Smith Health Consultants because every woman deserves healthcare that sees her fully: her history, her culture, her concerns, her goals.

My background spans community health, preventive care, and chronic disease management, with particular focus on breast and cervical cancer screenings through the Kansas Early Detection Works program. As Chief Medical Officer of the Kansas Black Farmers Association, I've spent years bringing health resources directly to communities the traditional system too often overlooks.

This clinic continues that work. Women-centered by design, community-rooted by choice, and built to be a place you actually want to come back to.
